Understandably the Pool was closed however from afar it was obvious that it had not been maintained. Disappointed when the fire alarm went off several times between 4:15am to 5:30am approximately - turned out to be false alarm. Didn’t receive much of an explanation, apologies, or any electronic communication.

Claudio and Mariano at the front desk were absolute stars. Not only did they take care with an expedited check-in process, but when we inquired about excellent restaurants in the Rome vicinity, they offered a variety of selections with incredible food. This property was very nice. Beautiful pool, lobby, and bar was nice. The staff all but 2 Mike and GeoMarco was very very rude and unfriendly. Our last night there we came back early from the City Center (7is). We wanted something to drink but the bar was closed?? We asked at the restaurant if we could get something to drink…they said no. We went up to the desk and asked them if there was any vending machines on the property and ice machine. The man at the desk said no. I asked if he could please get us a soft drink or water from the bar area,he said no. I asked him again and the response was “and how should I do that since it’s closed ?” No apology, nothing. My sister had to take medicine with warm a sink water. There were no tissues or wash cloths, I called the front desk and they said they have neither. I have been to a lot of hotels, in various places and have NEVER heard of a hotel not having tissues let alone NO wash cloths?? Again we were spoken to extremely unprofessionally and rude. Will never recommend nor stay here again. It is a shame because your hotel is very very nice as I said above, but with the staff you have in the items you do not supply for your guests is just crazy.
