Excellent 3 night stay. Very convenient location, especially if you're planning on traveling by bus. Hotel staff all very helpful and accommodating. Check-in & check out was easy. They also allowed us to leave our bags with them, free of charge, until our room was ready. 10/10 would stay again.

Waited 5 hours for our room wouldn’t let us check in early when in 4 other countries we were able to check in. We were so exhausted. We slept on the couch by the elevators until check in at 3 even though we got there at 10 am. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 3/5 nights people smoking in their rooms apparently they can’t figure out the room the people are smoking in. The staff didn’t seem to care when I asked and not apologetic. The only staff member who went out of his way to apologize and actually cared was the front desk person “Lucky”. Also if you don’t get down right at 7 am you can forget about getting breakfast because it’s all gone and they don’t refill anything even though breakfast is supposedly until 10 am. We got down at 8 and everything was gone or picked over. Breakfast was mediocre it consisted of hot dogs scrambled eggs, some soggy vegetables. Granola and yogurt only things worth having. Bed was like sleeping in a sheet of ply wood. So I guess it’s a good upgrade if you have been sleeping on cement prior. So not a lot of sleep happened. Wouldn’t rebook again.

The hotel had all modern accomodations, staff was so helpful and friendly. Got a parking spot, in the underground garage. If you choose to do the same be aware there are alot of columns and its tight.So need to be a good driver, have a small car, and full insurance on your rental. Breakfast was excellent. I chose not to include breakfast but when i saw the buffet breakfast i paid the 15 euros, well worth it. For a visit to Rome, cant go wrong booking this hotel.

I wished this review allowed me to add images. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our Europe trip. We got an upgrade to a studio apartment whichbwas so spacious it could hold 12 persons with ease. There was a dining table with two chairs and a workstation, a longe bed/couch. The bathroom had a urinal seperate from the toilet and a walk in shower. So clean and quiet. The rooms are energy efficient so the air conditioner stops and restarts from time to time. There was fridge and microwave in the room along with a dishwasher and the usual amenities but no iron. The staff was amazing at check in and at check out. So friendly and engaged in convo with you as well as helpful when asked questions about directions or how to navigate the transport. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. The selection of options and juice was amazing and they even had desserts. This was a hidden gem. Its a good distance from the airport but closer to the city center so the ride to main attractions in Rome is not far by bus

Really nice rooms

Room was lovely, bright and spacious. Generally clean and tidy and staff were very friendly. The only downside was the fire alarm going off after midnight on our second night
