The Hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious and had a little kitchen part which i didnt use. There was an iron and board but a little dated, The Bar was nice. We didn't have breakfast. Well situated for shuttle to Parc Espositions for trade show. A very nice base for our trip

Unfit manager hired by clarion

Absolutely horrible. We packed swim wear for the overnight stay, was informed when we arrived pool was closed due to maintenance. Hair dryer and bath tub in room not working. Toilet seat missing. I twisted my ancle badly getting off the plain and called reception to ask for painkillers or advice, none given zero service. The night manager had the worst attitude and I’m shocked that an establishment like clarion would choose such an unprofessional person to be the face of the hotel responsible for customer service. I informed the manager that I would report him, which was the ONLY thing that made him move and care enough to want to report me back. As long as it’s not his direct concern he couldn’t care less, when a guest sustained injury and seeked assistance in a foreign country. Highly suggest night manager of clarion CDG 04-05 march 2025 reviewed but me and my partner choose from this point never to use clarion again. 2 customers lost in this one instant due to the shocking words and lack of service for the so called night «manager».

Very good hotel.

My stay was short but good. This hotel is close to the airport and has its own restaurant and spa. Beds were comfortable and even the sofa/bed was awesome. Nice showers with very good pressure and hot water. My only complain was that the washbasin was clogged and slow. Other than that, my stay was good.

The place overall was ok . Not a lot of people speak English . They have a laundry machine but not user friendly . No bus or train walkable . Need to take Uber .
