The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less.
The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

Friendly staff, decently clean rooms. Comfortable size for cost in the Banff area but some updates needed like new mattress for sofa bed.
