Love that there is a hotel like this so close to the university that is not trying to jack up the price. I was glad that there was a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. I used all three. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I’ve stayed there a couple of times now and it has been a win each time.

Nice to stay in a hotel/dorm near the RIT campus. The front desk staff were professional and the entry area is clean and open. The room is basic and has all necessary material for a short stay. It is a dorm. Sometimes the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night (this happened the 2nd time I stayed here). I asked the students who also needed to exit the building during the fire alarm and they said there was another one the week before. I felt terrible for the guests in wheelchairs. The firefighters came in laughing and the front desk people didn't evacuate, so it probably was a KNOWN thing that it wasn't serious. Making people in wheelchairs evacuate - not cool. It would be very nice if they had coffee in the lobby for guests. It wouldn't cost them much, but it would be very nice.
