Utilitarian but fitted our need.
The hotel is newer and appears to be well maintained. For all the outdoor enthusiasts, it is directly next to Outdoor World. There are also several eateries just at the end of the road. It is in a good location for those going to events at the Henrico Sports Complex and the Meadows Event Center in Doswell. If you are sensitive to noise, the rear of the hotel faces directly onto i-95 so you will hear traffic all night long. It is a basic extended stay type property so fairly utilitarian but comfortable.

The room was clean. Unaware that it was an extended stay hotel and when you go thru the door to the elevator you got a very strong smell of marijuana!
