Staff for the most part is just ok. I've had better customer service in alot of places not named Hilton. Charging someone 21 dollars for a breakfast that would be free at a lesser establishment is criminal. The menu in general is just limited. The room was clean but noisey and in 2025 can we not have curtains that keep the light out?

Broken elevator, no room service, poor service in the restaurant on our first night (40 minutes for one drink), second night was better. The manager on duty came over to help out and listened to our complaints. She was great. Check was ok; valet and bellman were nice. Trying to check in and ask for our room, we were greeted by an unhappy employee. Our room was serviced by emptying our trash cans...the bed wasn't made, and we only got one towel. Asked for an additional towel, and that came hours later. No vents in the bathrooms which just made them hot and wet....and the doors just slam closed. Our one room the bathroom door didn't even close! The staff was nice, but overall, one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a long time.

Upon check-in we were told the hotel was overbooked and the front desk tried to persuade us to cancel our stay that we had paid months in advance for. We were then told that we would be given a smaller room than what we had reserved and paid for. All of this because we simply booked through a third party. For our inconvenience, we only received complimentary breakfast for one morning of our stay... Not a fun way to start your stay and absolutely not a way to treat guests, especially those who secured their stay months prior. Cleanliness was average, maintenance is needed a few places throughout the hotel, valet parking is very limited, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast was good, location was great.

The front desk staff were very friendly at check in. Room service is hard to navigate, and menu for this was inaccessible. We just kind-of asked the staff over the phone if they had certain types of entrees. The shower was broken with low water pressure. Water was then cold or lukewarm. Handle of closet was completely broken. The hotel just looks like it needs some TLC to charge the prices we paid. We ended up leaving after one night because I didn’t want to bathe our kids in the stained, barely working tub. The beds were clean and comfy, though!

The food at gather & hem was delicious and open late for when I got back after a concert!! Staff was so attentive and very helpful. Super nice place to stay. Loved the high ceilings in the rooms.
