The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed!

When I got to the hotel they said I was booked for a one King bed but I booked 2 queens. I waited an hour for her to find out how to fixed it. She checks other people in to Queen sized beds. Then after we take the King room she finds us a room. The next day the new worker said it’s usually first come first serve so I should have been got the room.

A new building, not on the map, got confused and headed to another building. A pleasant, cozy room. The floor was slightly dirty from construction debris and there were gaps between the baseboards and the floor.
