Staff was terrific especially Matthew who checked us in. The room was over all nice a few minor things nothing to complain about. My sole complaint was on four seperate occassions during the stay someone attempted to enter our room twice around 3am and then twice between 11am and 12 on the 27th while we were packing to check out.

Best experience in 4 years as a business traveler

Everything was perfect. From check-in to check out, everyone at the desk was exceptional warm and friendly. The breakfasts had far more options than I’m accustomed to as a frequent business traveler, and the cleanliness was far better than I typically see when I travel. Everyone here should be hired as universal trainers within the entire industry to teach others how to run a hotel. 10 stars.

Pool pic misgiving

Breakfast items were plentiful. Pool was smaller than seen in pictures. There happened to be a football team of 8 or more 8year old boys that were always in the pool being loud so I never went to pool. Requested cleaning person to come every other day for my 5 day stay. After numerous calls to front desk, they came on the 4th day. Front desk stated that we were ignoring them on day 3 when in actuality we weren't even onsite.

Over a course of a week, not once did housekeeping come by. Also, there were 100s of ants in the room. The hotel came by 1 time to spray, but it dis not work. I actually had to go out and buy my own spray to treat it properly. The other hotel guests were loud and disruptive. Ended up leaving a day earlier than planned because it was so miserable. Never will stay here again.
