The hotel is affordable for lower income people in this area. And unlike others like it in the area, this property is relatively clean and actually bug free unlike many comparable others. Staff is wonderful. Quiet for the most part and private as well. Definitely my first choice in this area for an affordable room.

The room was filthy, the ceiling was coming down, big white patches all over the walls from holes everywhere and questionable reddish/purple stuff all over the corner of the wall. Everything was just dirty. The bed was sunken into so you can sleep comfortably. The hairdryer was actually melted. The outlet behind the bed to plug your phone/lamp was hanging out of the wall. Not even worth a 1 night stay.

When we check in the lady at the front seemed to be on a substance. The grounds were filthy, the rooms were disgusting. The bathroom had feces on the wall. No hot water. Not a safe place to stay. Do not believe the excellent or good reviews run!!

Needs some renovations but ok for the price.

This hotel is VERY rundown, at least cosmetically. The only real troublesome issue I had was with the tub—I don’t how they fixed it over the years, but the floor of it was so bumpy and irregular that I had trouble standing in it! There was also more hairs in it than I would have liked to have seen. On the other hand, the front desk staff was excellent and accommodating. It’s basic shelter for a night or two, and that’s reflected in the price.
