Dear guest We are sad to read your review. Please note you were not staying in a converted laundry at all. Your bedroom and bathroom is in fact and always has been a bedroom and bathroom purpose built. The kitchenette area has always been a kitchenette although it did once share a washer. Pity you didnt let us know about your pillow requirements as we would of been happy to offer alternatives. Please note it is also peak season and just over two hundred dollars for this time of year on the Island is really quite reasonable for the facilities we offer and we ave received fantastic feedback on most occasions. Our mattresses are chiropractic hotel grade but we do understand it is very difficult to please everyone as we all like different grades. Again, had you mentioned it to us during your stay we may have been able to offer an alternative. Kind regards Management

Dear guest, Understanding the risk of receiving a bad review from disgruntled guests when charged for losses or damages, much consideration is taken place before claims are made. With great trepidation we take great care in double and triple checking every possibility and give benefit of doubt. Unfortunately, we can only state the facts, which shows the below items were not left in the Villa on departure. No-one else other than management had access to the locked room and both team members entered only minutes after departure. In every case where a charge may apply, it is both management team members who check the Villas on departure to ensure no mistakes are made and every effort is made to find missing/misplaced items. Of course we understand mishaps can occur and we do not charge for small breakages or accidental mishaps. Your villa and surrounds were checked by us both and only 2 towels were found. That meant 7 bath towels ( 2 being Sheridan) 2 bath mats, tea towel and hand towel were not found. As discussed after your departure, you mentioned they may of accidentally been taken by your accompanied guests who brought other towels. I can assure you, we would much prefer to have found the provided items in your Villa to save any ill feeling. In addition we would like to ensure all our valued guests and future guests we take great pride in providing wonderful well received resort facilities which is appreciated and loved by most of our guests as evident in so many of our lovely reviews and as noted in the review insights on this site and others. Knowing you all enjoyed your stay when you were here it is with great sadness you now feel our property doesn't meet your standards after charges of only $115 for an excessive amount of missing goods seem extremely fair and well under replacement value.
