Used the airport shuttle at 6 am Missed the breakfast, but I’m sure it was fine. I had a large Kingsize bed and the layout was spacious. I would definitely use again.

The hotel and staff is great. However better maintenance might need to be addressed. The first night the heater did not respond to the wall thermostat so the room was about 65 my entire stay. A few days later, I needed a room because of weather delay of my flight so I reserved a second time. This time the TV did not function. But all in all, this is a beautiful hotel and I would stay there again.

Check-in was awful. Walls are very thin and neighboring room had tv blasting all night long. Could not sleep at all. Come to this hotel to sleep and hearing everything going on in other rooms sleep was impossible. Need to build these walls with more insulation. Will not stay here again.

The check in process was slow. Then when I realized I did not have a shower curtain after calling the front desk and being told one could be provided, I waited 45 minutes before going downstairs to be told I had to move rooms instead. Walls are very thin. I slept very little as my neighbor was watching Dateline very loud and I could hear every word even over my white noise on my phone. The morning staff and shuttle driver were a delight!

Overall this hotel stay was peaceful, clean and comfy. I was pleased with the microwave and refrigerator as well. There were a few things that needed attention… the toilet hestitates when flushing and the towel hook fell from the wall. No big deal but it needs repairs. I also wish hotels opted to have just glass showers because the tubs are a bit outdated for travel in my opinion.

First, the person at the front desk was very attentive. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Even though I only stayed overnight, I had a very good experience.
