It was a nice stay. The room was good and comfortable. On the downside, there was not any bread for toast, only bagels. No fruit or muffins to eat or take away.

We enjoy staying at this hotel and do so two times per year. The hotel is always clean and inviting, however, this time, we noticed that there were many things that needed maintenance. They include: The lighted mirror did not work; The electricle receptacle GFIC did not work; The water pressure was too low in the shower; One of the two elevators did not work; There was no functioning guest computer; Finally, there was not AC instructions on how to turn off the air conditioning. ROOM 205. Please address these items as we want to come back.

Booked king room with sofa pull out. Gave us cheaper double queen, didnt even say that it was overbooked. Went all the way to our room to see error This was at midnight after driving all the way from fort eisenhower (military family) Had to haul everything back downstairs to be told we were just out of luck. I have no further words.

Very easy and accessible to find, both for exiting and returning to the highway. Friendly people, very good breakfast, and best of all, they're pet-friendly. This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel and I like it.

First I like to say the front desk staff was the best, they in informed me of the staff shortage, and the room was not clean yet, when it will be ready. What i was disappoint in was that it was not ready after an hour, and we still had to wait another hour, so we took another room but the bathroom floor tiles had cracks and was unlevel , you tell the cleaning was rush job. Please get your ratings up your at a perfect location, I wanted to like you.

South side of rt Richmond

A great place to stay in the area, a lot nicer than others that cost more. Parking lot didn't feel as safe but nothing else other than yelling out from the other side of the fence. Buzzards are getting into the dumpster area and the trash of collector drops two bags of trash and doesn't hop out the truck to take care of it. Thanks for a comfortable night sleep

Awesome stay in Virginia

The room was really clean and refreshing. The walk in shower is just what I like. No complaints here at all. Thank you for the 2 day stay. The only thing that I think needs updating in the future would be USB ports for changing phone instead of the wall plug-in.

Many restaurants and shopping near by . The hotel was nice my room was clean no issues .. the staff was nice. There was Breakfast it looked good . I just grabbed some fruit. I would definitely stay here again
