There was a giant cockroach crawling on the wall in the room. The front desk said they had no other rooms available with king sized beds- totally fine. They refused to issue a refund saying ‘we can’t just refund everyone that has a change of heart and decides not to stay’. The front desk manager was then supposed to call today to resolve this and did not. 0 out of 10

Front desk check-in process was bumpy in that the clerk did not enter our car license plate and make/model info into their computer system that was written down and then the following day we had a tag on our car window threatening to tow our vehicle. Why would this hotel in this Richmond, VA suburban area charge 10 dollars per day for parking? No other local area hotels charge for parking. Total money grab.
