I would not recommend this property to anyone!! Room 219 had mold in different areas. When I requested a room change, I was told they were "No more VACANCY". Yeah right!!! I called to speak to a manager and miraculously a ROOM was available!! Room 115 had specks of mold in the bathroom and stained carpet!! As the saying goes "You get what you pay for"!! I will never stay at any of there hotels in the future👎👎

The hotel itself was good, the area it was in, did not have much to offer, if you just wanted to walk somewhere. Great for an overnight while traveling I95.

We arrived to the hotel a bit on the later side…probably around 10pm or so. We were placed in a room, turned on the AC and were immediately met with the loudest noise that could be produced by a machine. The air conditioner sounded like a very loud lawn mower. Something was clearly not working appropriately. We thought we could suck it up but ultimately could not sleep through it. I went to the front desk to request another room and was met with the typical response of “we’re fully booked tonight.” I had to physically walk the attendant over to our room to show her just what we were being required to sleep through with the sound coming from the air, to which she magically found a room available. The new room was a suite and reeked of cigarettes. We also noticed the carbon monoxide detector was not working appropriately. Could’ve be tampered with by a previous guest (most likely the one smoking in the room) and then overlooked by staff after check out. We complained again and requested a refund. We, once again, received push back since we “booked through a third party” and was only awarded a $20 refund for the stay. At that point, in my opinion, the stay should’ve been free. I’m truly not one to complain and can usually power through a good amount of situations, but even for a 2-star hotel stay we were paying close to $200 for the night with taxes and fees. Just seemed a little bit unacceptable to me for the price we were paying.

Hot food on breakfast was cold and undercooked. Toilet in room was broken. Breakfast employee was rude and yelled at a person staying there. At times it was hard to find who was working at the desk. Hotel was clean.
