Discover this phenomenal 3.5-bedroom brick house in Glen Allen, boasting 3 queen beds and 1 futon bed distributed on 3 levels. A huge roofed back deck and patio with a complete set of high end gas grill and gas fire pit surrounded by cushioned outdoor sofas. The big swimming pool is usable from May 20th till September 19th. The 8-person capacity hot tub is open from September 20th till May 19th. The default setting here includes $150 usage fee for one of them depending on which time of the year you are here. If you demand both facilities be available for you, please send us a request after making a reservation. We will charge the second $150 to cover both. No pets of any kind on any grounds, the penalty pet rent is $100 per day per pet if found. Damages caused by pets are separately evaluated. The full basement boasts a treadmill, an audio and video-game corner with sofa, a table-tennis table and a children's play station. The study room on the top floor has a printer, a desk, computer hookup, a futon sofa and a rocking chair. This place is ideal for families and business groups, but not for parties. We reserve the right to cancel you anytime if we believe you are planning a party or a gathering of more than 12 people. We are not your budget-conscious solution of a gathering venue, this is a residential building, not a commercial building where you can book for a party or a gathering. Liabilities are on you if you do it anyway.

Initially there was some hiccups as I arrived and was unable to check in due to property manager not having cleaned the house or checked to see home was rented. Manager handled this with no problem as was very communicative. However, after accessing the house several rooms were locked despite more bedrooms being advertised as available. After questioning about the locked rooms, which I never received a response about, I go back to see that the listing was changed to less rooms available as previously advertised. Seems to be a bit of false advertising which was problematic as 8 adults cannot sleep in the 3 bedrooms where 5 bedrooms was promised. Otherwise, there was a constant loud beeping every 30 seconds throughout the house that made it impossible to sleep, which could never be resolved. House was beautiful, though.

Beautiful house! Better than expected from pictures. Three full floors plus basement space was more than enough and the outside area was so relaxing! It was great to be able to use the outdoor grill and eat poolside! Conveniently located to university of Richmond with lots of stores nearby for groceries and last minute needs. Would definitely stay again!
