The nicest hotel I've stayed in in a long time. Large room in excellent condition; the bathroom mirror warmer was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, coffee choices were excellent, parking was good and the overall condition of the property was excellent. Though a little expensive, I think it was a reasonable value. Some small nits; some of the receptacles (on the bed lights) didn't work, and the sink was offset to the right of the mirror which was a little odd. Overall a great stay which stands out above most I've stayed in recently.

It appears obvious they have worked to improve the property. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and updated. The staff is excellent especially Maria who went above and beyond to help. But three things detracted from the stay. A smell in the hall (that Maria worked hard to eliminate, exercise equipment that didn’t work and some of the property that was in bad shape ( I.e. the wall around the elevator on the 3rd floor. That said, the positives outweigh the negatives.

I enjoyed the entrance to the hotel lobby. It was calm and relaxed. Food for breakfast was very good and lots of options. Customer service was excellent and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Front Desk was very polite and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and loved the easy transportation to get to Fort Lee Army Base. They were very friendly and understable that I had to leave early.
