This hotel is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Rooms were quaint but perfect size for what you need. Breakfast being included was HUGE. A lot of places are not open that early and if you want breakfast before a tour for the day, you'd be on your own, but not here. Breakfast was tasty and small but had all the essentials of both American and European styles. Location here was huge, being right at the end of the main road in downtown was crucial for exploring. You can do a loop of the two main roads and shore line and end up right back at your hotel. Convenience store around the corner should you need anything. Also bus stop 13 being directly outside was massive for booking tours because they all stop at these bus stops for pickup and you don't have to travel at all to get picked up. Definitely recommended.

My stay was perfect! The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful! Flory even helped me find a parking spot by calling my room when one opened up. Another gentleman had a great recommendation for a hot spring. Location is super convenient as well. All attractions downtown are within 20 minutes walking.

Staff very friendly, relaxed, extremely helpful, responsive and english speaking. Always a cheery greeting when you entered the hotel. Breakfast excellent choices and variety. Lovely outlook from the rooms. Lack of clothing hanging space, glad we only had a few days worth. Hotel location excellent for shopping and catching the bus.
