The room was clean and spacious for us as a family of 4. Having a kitchenette was convenient for leftovers to feed ourselves and the kid's. The pool was the perfect depth for my littles to have fun and the food was delish as well poolside. Would def come back!

Good trip

We had connecting suites that were amazing. Very clean and much more spacious than we were expecting. It was more than enough room for 6 of us. Service was average. East pool with jacuzzi was private and peaceful. Main pool was okay. Pool bar drinks and food were delicious!

The room was very dark and small. The pull out sofa sleeper was slanted. The head of the bed was tilted down and the feet up. Horrible experience. Staff tried to help with bed, but you cannot put lipstick on a pig. Won’t be back. The value was not there at all. Loved the staff, hated the room.

The room was clean, large and very comfortable. They have everything you need in the kitchen as well and a dishwasher, washer dryer and a grill on the patio. The paradise pool and spa are relaxing. Staff is friendly. A nice place to vacation.

Bathtub had a ring around it, toilet’s tank would get stuck n tank did not refill automatically. I had to open tank n adjust toilets floater. I got charged 25$/night for parking totalling 55$ for both nights. You should advise clients/travelors of these unexpected fees when booking thru ur website

Comfy hotel with parking issues

The only negative experience that made me hesitant to return to this hotel was the parking situation. I was charged for an overnight parking when my coworker paid his pass the night before my stay. His visa transaction was clearly visible on the hotel receipt, yet they still charged me. I presented proof of the transaction, and they stated that since the card information wasn’t included in the transaction, they would validate it.
