The jets in the here tub did not work. The heat did not work and it was extremely cold outside. So you can imagine the temperature inside. The sheets had stains on them. Room needed a deep cleaning

The room was nice, but there was damage to a few things in the room. Also, we booked a jetted tub, and the jets didn’t work. There was an iron in the room, and a place designated for the ironing board, but that was missing. The bedding had stains on them and the sheets didn’t fit all the way on the bed. The TV was a nice size.

The room was not what I expected but it was clean. The walls had patches of plaster and near the window and ceiling the wall seems to be separating. However since I didn't spend time there much only to sleep I dealt with it. The buffet breakfast was ok just the same thing daily no change or variety in the hot food. The staff was courteous so all in all that's the reason for my rating.

The room was clean and had all amenities one would expect. Breakfast was the basic continental breakfast of toast, bagels, yogurt, waffles. Eggs are served only on weedends. A good point is that coffee or tea is available 24hrs. I would definitely use this hotel as my go to place when I'm in the area.
