Would not recommend, conditions are piss poor
Front desk Agent was very nonchalant and dismissive of my concerns. I had to keep asking him to change my room because he stated all of the rooms are the same mentioning the dirty walls and black mold covered lamp shades. When the front desk agent finally switched my room I was placed in a room that was even worse with visible dirt covering the walls and black mold covered lamp shades and a broken bathroom door handle and a inoperable bathroom sink light with a sunbeam lamp purchased from dollar tree as the light replacement. I also notified the front desk agent of the elevator issue and was also met with an even more dismissive and patronizing/condescending attitude. Front desk agent kept repeating that he needed to contact the GM to make basic decisions such as changing the room or providing compensation. I was told that this hotel does not provide compensation for its bad living conditions. Once I saw that the second room was even worse from the first room I was assigned I left because I did not feel comfortable especially with a front desk agent who really couldn’t care less. I didn’t know that this location was that bad because I didn’t see any indication in the photos on this app. I was told to contact the GM about a refund or any compensation. I didn’t even stay the night and I feel that given the experience and the horrific conditions I walked into unknowingly and was unable to stay the night and for the inconvenience, a refund would be fair.
