The stay was excellent. My only disappointment was waiting over an hour for the airport shuttle. The front desk clerk told me she would let him know I was ready to go and apparently she did not. I sat in the lobby and after an hour I approached the desk and she seemed surprised that I was still there. The driver had been there in the lobby the entire time but I didn't know who he was. He was very apologetic and helped load my bag. She was clueless.
