Exceptionally clean throughout the facility. Everything was in working order. Beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The breakfast was adequate. The juice was strange, perhaps reconstituted. There were a variety of foods. Fresh fruit was a nice treat. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking. We were in the handicapped room. A person who is having difficulty with walking or who is wheelchair bound would be able to easily move around the room, but would not be able to shower as a tub was installed instead of a shower and this person would not be able to step over the side of the tub to access the tub or shower provided. Overall a very nice stay.

The staff was exceptional. They attended to everything we needed and went above and beyond to help us with our reservations. We had a large group and they were very accommodating when we needed them and invisible when we didn’t. They had a way of being there when you wanted but not being in your face. Great experience. Close to all the things we needed. Very clean.

Aside from the South Village behind this hotel, there is nowhere to go without taking a shared ride—a really bland place to stay. The pool was closed during the cold season, a fact not indicated anywhere. The restaurant is a joke, with no vegetarian options aside from a cheese pizza.
