Cozy ground level Guest Suite located in mid-century Kings Mill-Morgan Creek Neighborhood. Walking access to the legendary Dean Dome and UNC Hospitals. This charming woodsy neighborhood is also connected to the NC Botanical Garden, Morgan Creek Trailhead and Merritt Pasture. Downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro are a 5 minute drive.
The space
The space features a plush down Cloud couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace making it the perfect place to sink in, put up your feet and relax. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and a small dining nook. Enjoy complimentary snacks, fruit and coffee. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam top, windows and plenty of storage. The bathroom is bright and contemporary with a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries provided for your convenience. Outside, there is a charming patio area, complete with outdoor seating making it the perfect place to enjoy a sunlit morning.

Lighted guest parking is located adjacent to the suite with a sidewalk leading to the door. Guests will have keyless entry with keypad door lock.

The guest suite is attached to the house at 701 Kings Mill Road in Chapel Hill. The owners have two dogs and live on property. The one bedroom suite is perfect for two people but will accommodate up to four on the couches which are the size of twin sized beds. Extra blankets and sheets are provided.

The host is friendly. It is a peaceful place. As other guests reviewed we heard footstep noise from the main floor. But they did not bother our sleep time. Dog’s footsteps are so cute. We liked many toilet papers, towels and others are on the closet. The lint from the towels gets on our face and body after wash. The bed is too comfy. We do not need to find the AC control because of the room temperature was comfortable for us. I enjoyed the Nespresso. Easy check out! Thank you

Noise from host and dogs was more than I expected, just above the bedroom and woke me up each morning. No sink in the kitchenette. 11 day stay and only 4 coffee pods. No way to control the temperature in the unit. Parking is on gravel. Dog poop isn't cleaned up as I found out one night as I stepped out of my car.

This was a really comfortable and cozy apartment for two with plenty of room. It was nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches--snacks, coffee, plenty of towels, etc. The bed and sofas were a bit too soft for our taste, but we would stay there again. Hailey was super-responsive and kind.
