The mattress was not the best, but the pillows were awful!! The breakfast my first morning was lacking. The waffles were good but they must have gotten the cheapest off brand bottle of syrup I have ever tasted, it left a strange aftertaste. Everything on the breakfast was on the cheap. The staff were all very nice. I go to that area two or three times a year and I won’t be staying there again.

The staff was superb. Front desk, shuttle driver, and cleaning crew were friendly and amenable but the facilities were horrible. Tiles were peeling, room was dark with missing light bulbs, cracks in the walls everywhere and simply outdated! The hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. There's but so much tape and bandaids you can put on a place that has not been maintained or is in need of major repair! I didn't feel secure sleeping there but we had no choice due to a flight cancelation. Initially I was enthused about breakfast but the only thing i could eat was a bagel and orange. When I attempted to make waffles the batter looked like it had been in there for days. The attendant replaced it but I was scared to eat anything else. Basically I'd never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Gut the place and rebuild!! Also I'm only giving 2 stars because of the staff! Otherwise this establishment would get zero stars!!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating however this hotel needs an update. It was humid and musty. The chair had a large circle stain, curtains had some drink and the toilet was flaking since it needs a new toilet seat. The only reason for two stars is one star goes to the staff!
