Locked out of room after they switch us due to some apparent mold around the vent. When they switched us they didn’t update their system to reflect that we were moved. They blamed hotels.com but it was clearly an embassy suite problem. Then they were kinda rude like it was out fault they didn’t update us to the moved room and were then confusing us with the guest that was originally booked for the non mold room. Disappointed other than the lobby area was nice

everything was perfect from check in to check out- complimentary drinks at the bar, gorgeous dining area and great restaurant inside the hotel! loved that they are pet friendly. would stay here again!
