The Mayten is a wonderful hotel in the heart of downtown Cary. Lucky for us that all the downtown and Cary Park holiday lights were on display. Thank you to the friendly hotel staff. Our breakfast in the dining room was delicious and bartenders crafted festive drinks one evening. The rooms were spotless and the hotel decor fits the architectural style. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

There was an event going on that blocked all streets around the hotel. A gentleman called a couple of days before and informed us and told us to call when we got here and they would tell us how to park at the hotel. Well we did and the woman at the front desk told us she didn't kniw anything and maybe we could park at the library and walk. Unacceptable.

Good Stay in Downtown Cary

Very friendly staff who goes above and beyond, great walkable location right in the middle of downtown Cary. The rooms themselves feel slightly unfinished in terms of furnishings, but they are always clean and spacious. Some rooms can get a bit noisy at night if the bar is open, but the rooms come equipped with built in sound machines which was really useful to dull the outside noise. Overall, we would stay again!
