Overnight stay

I had stayed at la quintas before and figured this location would be of the same standard. The staff was great and accommodating let us check in early & check out late. location also worked for what I needed and there was an airport shuttle. The lobby area was clean and looked updated but that same vibe did not continue into the rooms. The mattresses were too large for the frame below and slid off the sides. Although we had the heat on the room was cold as there was another door leading outside that wasn’t fully sealed. Two of the lights didn’t work, and I went to use a wash cloth in the bathroom and it had hair in it. I just stayed overnight so it was a reasonable price but would not book again.

Great value and comfortable!

Great location! The room was large and comfortable. It was a quick one night stay due to bad weather at the coast. Glad I came a day early and used LaQuinta to rest. The breakfast was good. I might suggest that when you offer bagels, having cream cheese available might be a good idea! I would recommend La Quinta for a great value to stay in this area!

Will never stay at any La Quinta again. We reserved a specific handicapped-accessible room a month in advance and the incompetent staff gave away the only room that would accomodate us, even though we confirmed in advance that we would have a room. We traveled half an hour out of our way specifically to stay at this hotel, and the staff was horribly unhelpful when they realized their mistake. They did not offer any help or any sort of compensation. Staff were unaware of the accessibility of their rooms as a whole, which is totally and completely inexcusable. We were left without accommodations at 11:30 pm at night, and also had to throw away leftover food that we could not store, costing us about $80 in lost food. Between the food, gas, and increased price of finding a last-minute room, we probably ended up spending $250 more than initially planned. It is absolutely inexcusable that this was allowed to happen, especially when a wheelchair user is left without acceptable accommodations. Accessibility is the bare minimum, and staff painfully dropped the ball. Shame on staff, especially for not offering compensation of any sort. Would strongly advise anyone, especially those looking for accessible accommodations, to steer clear of any La Quintas, as they are absolutely horrid with disability accommodations. Staff need to be so much better trained. Shame on staff.

Hotel is very convenient to the airport and shuttle runs every half hour starting at 4:00 am. Staff was friendly and nice Furnishings and room trim were a bit beaten up. I had to leave before the free breakfast to catch a plane.

This place was very close to the airport, convenient. There were no beverages available after breakfast. If you were not there for breakfast time you could not get coffee in the morning. I was charged twice, but the lady I had at check out was great for fixing the issue. The noise is carried all through the room. It is not the hotel to go to if looking for "luxury", but is convenient for an overnight stay to get to the airport. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again for a quick night stay, but not for long term vacation.
