Outside looks good and clean. Plenty of parking. Good location. Terrible or zero maintenance: Front window by the door cannot be locked (easy to get in). Carpet is ripped off with nails protruding. Toaster is broken and can expose wiring. Toilet is not filling correctly, and it is very hard to stop noise by playing with its flush handle. Bathroom tub is squeaking when you move during shower. Office desk lite is broken and cannot be adjusted. Back window curtain is broken and after asking office to fix it they never did. Overall room was not clean. Floor was very dirty, couch has stains and it was dirty. When we arrived, we need to ask for towels, dish washer soup, shover shampoo and soup containers were empty, just one spoon in the kitchen, and very few utensils, one knife, very few dishes, stove light is broken. We were lucky to arrive before 7PM. After that time, no one is in the office, and no one is in the office on weekends. We left day earlier - could not stay there last day.

Hotel was in great area. The living room furniture is very outdated and uncomfortable. The kitchen light fixture had cob webs on lights. They don’t actually have a digital key system like they advertise so you will need to get a physical card to get in and out of property. Walls are really thin and can hear everything. I have a problem with the pet fee per night when they are better than some unruly kids. All night long above our room kids were jumping and running, with parents yelling if this gives you an idea of how thin walls are. Best features were location and price. But honestly, I will stay some place else next time I’m in the area.

The property was great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. (We got a suite) no elevator but there were only 2 floors. Courtyard was really nice. Never found the ice machine but we did not search everywhere downstairs either. We would definitely stay again!

The rates were great. The location and the building felt safe and secure. Check in was easy, the building and the room were clean. The staff was accommodating for our unique check-in and check-out needs. The space worked well for our family. Walmart was very close by for convenient shopping, and we weren't far from additional shopping and restaurants.

Fair enough for a night

Property was nice, mostly clean and quiet. We used the laundry facility. The kitchen dishwasher was broken. There were only a couple of plates, glassware and pot, pan and utensils to use and they were dirty with no dish soap to clean. Bed was comfortable.

This Hotel was a disappointment

I will never stay here again, due to the hotel I originally had a reservation at something happened to some of the rooms, so they weren’t going to be ready by check in time. So this was very last minute. Upon arriving to check in the glass on the door and outside windows were dirty, trash overflowing outside the trash bin by the front door. No elevators for a person that could be handicap. In the room no stove, window was filthy with spiderwebs that seemed to have been there for a long time. Table was wobble, cabinets dirty, one wastebasket, stains on the sofa, the carpet, and the chair at the table. The bathtub needs work done to it. No where to get ice or drinks, good thing we had our own. The best thing was the air conditioner and that didn’t even had to run long cause the room was cool, and the tv worked great, but everything else not so much. Also when answering the phone what happened to saying the name of the place rather than just saying front desk.
