Room service was quick but food was disappointing. Half the rooms back up to a railroad that is quite active. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Gave me wrong directions to my exam. They have a little convenience store that’s open 24/7 but was not stocked with any basics. They were out of most toiletries including toothbrush/toothpaste and when I realized that at 10pm, they had no suggestions on where to go to buy one.

Room was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and convenient. Only slight minor issue was room was across from a bar that created a little noticeable noise but nothing off putting. Just enough to notice. Clean and comfortable.

It was a downgrade from the other Marriot property we stayed at during our trip. There was no effort to accommodate my gluten allergy even though the menu indicated options. The room was very noisy. We could here others around us and the loud hvac sounded like snoring (scary). The train tracks were right outside our window. Ugg maybe I scored on the high side.
