Overall great place. Worked well for us as we were in town for Thanksgiving and wanted to be close to family that lives there. Had minor issue with check in but host handled it quickly and accurately. And was easily resolved. Would stay again! Thanks!

Poor maintenance and lack of services.
There was no internet service or tv for 4 days. Every time I called or messaged I was told to reset the extender. On the fourth day the manager finally confirmed the extender was broken and replaced it,
There was no bathtub drain plug so the tub wouldn't fill and the sink drain plug wouldn't open. I has to buy parts to fix both because the manager didn't respond to my requests.
The coffee pot also had to be replaced. When I requested a rate adjustement due to the above problems it was denied.

Very responsive and helpful host. Convenient location, nice neighborhood and home. Only thing I can think of that could have made it better would have been a fenced in yard for the kids.
