Thank you for acknowledging the room was very clean, and do you know why it was? We take a great deal of care and responsibility to ensure guest rooms are of the highest standard of quality, cleanliness and hygiene, we installed this regime well before the Covid pandemic was upon us, when you arrived room cleaning was still in progress and guest rooms were not ready for habitation.
