This was my first time staying at Hotel Sainte-Anne, and it was the perfect choice for being able to walk everywhere in a short period of time since it was so cold outside. The room was very spacious and clean, and I found the bed very comfortable.

Le personnel est très gentil. La chambre est très petite mais confortable, j aurais aimé une fenêtre pour voir dehors! Du bon café disponible à la chambre. Resto ds la même bâtisse qu on a pas eu la chance d essayer pcq c était complet mais c était très beau. Pas de déjeuner d offert mais très bien situé et plein de resto autour. We were treated like VIP’s. Front desk staff and wait staff in bar and restaurant were so very polite, professional and punctual. The restaurant was like a 5 star restaurant. Room was charming and very clean and comfortable. Boutique hotel directly across from Chateau Frontenac. In the heart of a Christmas Market. Close to everything. It exceeded our expectations. Perfect location for our trip to Old Quebec for Christmas! We were surprised at how close we were to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was great. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

When we arrived the front desk personnel was not very friendly and when he spoke he talked in a very quiet voice. We asked him to repeat himself a few times. We had room 405, it was extremely noisy to try to sleep in. The following morning we went to the front desk we spoke to a young guy and requested to move rooms, no problem with a very little cost to us we moved to room 304. This room was perfect, quiet and clean. The young woman at the desk was very friendly, very polite would have liked her for more , as everytime we walked by and made feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is amazing, perfectly located to get to everything we needed. The restaurant attached was great, the food was excellent.

Customer service at front desk was excellent, Habib was super and Max at the bar was so great, the bar and restaurant were faulous, the room was very nice 2 queens, quiet and comfortable,and it snowed while we were there! Magical city anbd perfect location!

Stayed here for 3 nights during the Christmas market. Hotel is perfectly located for all market locations! We were able to run back to the room for rests/washroom breaks and be back in the market area in 5 min! Clean, cosy, and great old city feel. Just be aware this is not a traditional hotel, no staff from 11pm-7am. Did not impact our stay at all, just surprised when we checked in.
