There was a lot of noise until morning, and it was very difficult to sleep. The sheets were full of hair, and the hygiene was very poor. At the very least, there should have been a coffee machine and a working television.

One day, upon returning, we found our room door open, and the manager informed us that he had been there but hadn't bothered to check if the door was locked when he left. This wasn't very pleasant.

Our stay was not what we expected. Is $190 for a hotel room that is clean, quiet, leaking toilet and without water on the bathroom floor that hard to find? When did the standards go down that far? The front desk person did give us a new room and that was the best part of the whole situation. In the middle of the night there was a party and a fight in the adjoining rooms, which kept my family up all night. All we wanted was a piece of mind and a restful night.
