The concierge was excellent. Very very helpful. They recommended restaurants that were great. Also the bartender and waitress Claire was the best. She was very helpful. The food was excellent also. We had a wonderful time in Quebec.

We loved that this hotel is one of the oldest in Canada! Rooms clean, affordable staff extremely welcoming, parking available for a daily fee. What we liked most is it was close to everything we wanted to see in Old Quebec, we left the car parked and walked everywhere! City Hall with a fountain right in front of hotel! Shops, restaurants tourists o fo center and Chateau Frontenac all close by.

Awesome stay! This hotel has a fantastic location with shops and places of interest (Charteau Frontenac, Notre Dame Basilica, The Funicular etc ) within very close walking distance, like 100m away. Love the charm and ambiance and elegance of this lovely property. Bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Concierge very helpful with info on tours and they stored my luggage for a few hours so i could check out the Old Town. Reasonable prices too.
