I couldnt use my credit card because I had issues with it and asked for debit. The security deposit was 100 on credit and went up to 200 on debit without it being mentionned on the website. Also the security deposit itself wasn't mentionned anywhere before we arrived. The room was freezing cold and I found the window wide open (feeling -12 celcius outside) and it took a little while before getting confortable after. Room is ok, not more, but it's at least clean. But the hotel is close to everything so that makes it more "fun". 10 mins car ride to old quebec, to Wendake, close to galeries de la capitale also.. next to the highway. Overall, for the price, it's fine.

The dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The hygiene standards are unacceptable, and the entire place needs a deep cleaning and major improvements. Even the fridge smelled awful, like a toilet. I don’t know what the regulations are, but this hotel should be shut down until they properly clean and replace the filthy items. I hope management takes this seriously.

If I had seen a picture online of the ACTUAL room they give you, I would have never booked this place. Just needed a place to rest our heads while enroute to another destination. Was 91CA bucks including the tax. There’s really no other places in this area for much less if you require parking. The rooms all have a window facing the wraparound parking; the small and depressing, dismal room was worsened by an idiot who had to fire up his diesel at 3:33am. ONLY thing going for this place is that the papery thin sheets were clean. Next time I’ll pay an extra $50 a night to get fully installed trim, weird dim lights and an extra few plys to my toilet paper. Will never go back.

J'ai aimé le fait qu'il y avait 2 chambres mais c'est tout. C'était sale. Le plancher était sale, des rouleaux de cheveux au sol, des moisssures dans la salle de bain et très poussiéreux en général ainsi que des saletés sur les murs. Douche trop petite et pas pratique avec un rideau pour cette grandeur.
