This ground level, 3 BR apt was the ideal find. Traveling with 2 young children, a truck hauling a kayak on top, all of our bikes on the back, plus the back full of luggage for our long summer road trip, we were elated to find such a perfect fit. There is a nearly hidden covered side porch where we’re able to easily store and secure our bikes. The third bedroom is not pictured, but it has a twin size bed. All bedrooms thankfully had blackout curtains so sleeping in was no problem with the very early rising sun! Also, all the mattresses and linens were so nice and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals plus some extras. The layout was perfect for our family. The space was very clean. Pictures don’t do it justice. Many nice touches have been added not shown in the listing photos such as comfy blankets, pillows and decor in the living room. LR furniture is also very comfortable. Despite the urban location, it was surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe and loved the neighborhood. We rode our bikes everywhere. The hosts are wonderful! Very friendly, very quick to respond to questions and had great recommendations. We met Martin a couple times and he even set out some extra construction toys for our son. A/C went out, but it was okay because we were gone all day and it was cool at night. Absolutely loved the protected gorgeousbike path that goes along St George River. It’s a short 2 minute ride from the apt and takes you all the way to old QC.
