The hotel could be a little cleaner. We had a cockroach in our room during our stay. I alerted staff when they texted to ask how our stay was. No response was given. Definitely not up to Hilton standards. The elevator was a little shaky as well.

I like the blackout wIndow shades. The room felt stark though. The door did not automatically close to the room. I didn’t realize until after unpacking my bag. The locking bolt was low quality and appeared damaged. Most disturbing was the duvet cover was not pressed. It hat wrinkles like it had beed used the night before.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment.
