Great food and decent rooms. Even though they are older, they were well kept and clean. Room service was great. Restaurant service was just ok. We had a better experience after my Hispanic husband joined the trip, which was interesting to see.

The hotel is only for members. I paid for all inclusive and didn’t even get water bottles in the room. I been to other places with beautiful people and very welcoming hospitality. Just my opinion.

Super cute rooms! Absolutely loved the location, we walked to the Malecon in the am and it took us about 30-40 minutes. Nice pools and exceptional service. It was a first for us to have to sign the check after every purchase, but we got used to it. There were authorized vendors nightly at the resort and beach vendors daily for any last minute gifts you might need! Overall this was a very enjoyable place to spend our holidays!

This was our first time at the resort. Came highly recommended by a family member. She was also with us. The place was beautiful, amazing view. The food was good. Staff on the other hand, I was not impressed. From the front desk at check in Jacqueline was rude to us, would cut us off as we asked questions, did not get the room we wanted until the next day. I don’t know if it was because are Latinos, but we did not the get the service we paid for. The servers for meals and bars were amazing. Would I go back? Probably not. Thank you to those servers and bartenders.
