I didn’t like representation! They lying to people,what just to show different hotel,because this will go for construction.we spend half of day our a vacation! While I gave this 5 stars over all, there are a few areas I wish would improve....1st is receipt you have to fill out for each drink or meal....takes too much time. 2nd is the food is just average....but not horrible, just ok. 3rd is the pool situation....we were there a week and only got a chair by the pool one time. 6:30-7:00 all chairs were taken or "reserved" with towels. This needs to be addressed. The staff is AMAZING! Always went above and beyond for us! I've stayed at many resorts, even more "exclusive" ones and this staff was right up there in their service! The ice cream shop/specialty coffee shop was a great added bonus! We will be back!

We enjoyed our entrance staff and pool staff. What we didnt like was the food options. Food was cold even in the warming dishes. The Seafood restaurant was alacart and you didnt have the option of a menu.

The location was good, staff were wonderful. The whole experience was marred by the aggressive sales pitch for their other resort. We were almost physically accosted trying to leave the resort trying to talk us into doing the time share presentation.
