This spectacular new 2 bedroom condo, professionally decorated by an experienced interior designer, seamlessly combines ample outdoor space, stunning ocean views, quality furniture, and an excellent location to offer a truly memorable stay. Nestled at Harbor 171, one of the finest beachfront properties in Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone, this unit boasts top-notch amenities, including an infinity pool, lap pool, and hot tub, making it an ideal choice for a luxurious vacation experience in PV.

This property is considerably larger than others in the building and advantageously located on a corner, featuring a huge balcony that nearly wraps around the entire place and provides remarkable ocean and mountain views in every room.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 6 or "al fresco" at the table on the private balcony. Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee on the patio as the sun begins to rise or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and watch the colorful sunset.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and a desk for those who'd like to stay up to work. The separate balcony off this bedroom has a partial view of the ocean and the lush mountains of PV.

The guest bedroom shares the wrap-around balcony with the condo common areas. It features 2 twin beds, a smart TV, another desk and a second full bathroom.

A washer and dryer are located inside the condo and are available for guests.

One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Just as described! Unbelievable view, clean (just a few tiny crumbs in a room closet drawer. No big deal). Prompt and cordial responses to any inquiry I had. Super comfortable beds. We didn’t cook at all but the kitchen was well equipped.More lungers around pool would be great. Some palapas too. Nice beach.

We totally loved this wraparound corner condo. The host was very helpful and helped us when we contacted her. The condo has everything that you need, was very clean with excellent showers and firm mattresses. We enjoyed watching whales from our balcony, and loved the views of the palm trees, hills, pools, and ocean. One issue we had was spotty internet that was on the slow side. Overall, I cannot recommend this enough. We give this beautiful condo a 10 and would love to come back.

The unit was beautiful as was the view. Checkin was easy. There were not a lot of restaurants within walking distance but ubers were quick and easy. There was a grocery store within walking distance for drinks and snacks. A/C was great. The only downside to our stay was the loud music from nearby resorts and parties until late at night. This is not the fault of this building, but was annoying when we wanted to get some sleep and get up early to go do things.

What a view!

This was our 20th visit to Puerto Vallarta and our best balcony and ocean view EVER!! We totally enjoyed our 2 weeks here. There were little problems .... oven light didn’t work, TV in second bedroom had a very poor picture ... neither of which we even bothered to report until we left. They were not an inconvenience for us at all and didn’t interfere with enjoying the ocean traffic, watching the whales, listening to the music on the beach, sampling the food at all the wonderful restaurants in Versalles all within easy walking distance. Ahhhhhhh .... 2 weeks of decadent, peaceful living!

Really nice condo BUT

The condo itself was great but there were pros & cons to condo and property. Pros- beautiful views from balcony. Nicely furnished and pretty well stocked. Pools were nice and it had easy access to the beach. Cons- kitchen: gas stove with no instructions for people who never used gas. No condiments, spices, coffee, foil, etc left from previous guests. Usually salt & pepper, seasoning and foil left behind. We had to buy everything, including a cookie sheet (which never made it from store to condo). There were no casserole dishes either or big frying pan. Living room: no TV, nice view of water and beach. We made the spare bedroom our TV room but if using then not an option. Shower: hot water comes and goes, otherwise nice spray. Pool area: this was a huge pain point for us. People go out very early and save chairs. They go out about 8 and put towels and items on chairs to save, then disappear for hours. Meanwhile we go down about 10 to no available chairs and only a handful of people. Rental chairs and umbrellas: we didn’t see anything like this and there were no beach chairs in the condo for use. We have rented several properties thru VRBO and found beach equipment, spices, coffee, binoculars, cookie sheets and casserole dishes. I even asked the people if we should bring our own coffee because we drink decaf and they said there would be some there for use. There was, in a small unmarked jar (decaf ?? don’t know) and a couple tubes of sugar.

Wonderful View - Nice Building Layout

This unit has a great floorplan with modern amenities and a wonderful spacious balcony with fabulous views. The property mgmt and concierge were friendly & helpful, really nice people. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with ocean views and treated to nightly fireworks from a nearby club. Only issues were that instructions for operating the appliances were absent and really need to be supplied. Also, while the beds are very comfortable, and there's ample storage space and the bathroom showers are great, all of the seating/chairs are uncomfortable. They look really great, modern & beachy, but are miserable to sit on for more than 5 minutes as they lack good backs and are too deep in the seat for comfort. The dining table chairs are rock hard - we ended up sitting on sofa cushions to be more comfortable. Also, if you're shorter than 5'6" you may have issues with the height of the bath vanities being difficult to use. All in all it's a beautiful place and we had a great time so the uncomfortable seating was a fairly minor issue. Great booking and would recommend it.

Exceptional Ocean Front Property

Wonderful condo unit with wrap around patio, could sit and listen and watch the ocean for hours. Modern, overall clean and ownership was easy to communicate with. Loved the pools and the beach. Only opportunity for the property is the short road from the stoplight to the property was terrible, but passable. Definitely not the responsibility of the owners but it’s an issue people should be aware of.
