This property is beautiful. The swimmable beach is so much fun. Jesus and Fermin at the Playa beach bar were phenomenal and never let our glasses empty. The spa is nice but had to listen to construction noise during my visit. Amalia is an amazing massage therapist though. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Awesome beach access. The sand is literally a few steps from the elevator. The food is really good and overall is a good deal for an all inclusive. We stayed on the 20th floor, had 1 elevator that took forever, then the elevator stopped working so everyone had to use service elevator, it took almost 15-20min to get downstairs. I didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Did not care for management attitude. Its tons of construction going on, so couldn't sleep in. It was so many other things. Overall didn’t care for this resort.

Absolutely LOVED our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the beach was gorgeous, the food and drinks were great, so many good dining options, great pools, view from the room was great... can't say enough good things about this place. Would absolutely recommend it for anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta

Loved the beach and all the dining options at this resort. Beautiful swim up bar and so many pools to choose from. Gorgeous ocean views and not overly crowded.

Truly a remarkable resort. They have security at the entrance gate which makes it feel safe. The resort is stunning and well taken care of. We booked an ocean front hot tub on the balcony king room. It did not disappoint. The bartenders were very social and made perfect cocktails. The head chef of the Italian restaurant was a 10/10 when it came to customer service. He was doing table touches and went out of his way to make our evening very special. The beach is private so very little vendors bugging all day. Book the trip, you won’t regret it.

I usually don’t do reviews on any of my trips but I had to! I’ve been to Mexico so many times and by far this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The rooms were so nice, clean and beautiful. My boyfriend proposed to me on our stay and the staff that were involved were so nice and welcoming and made the experience so much better I couldn’t ask for anything more. All the staff at the bar, restaurants and front desk were the best!! Especially Natalio the bartender at the pool bar he was awesome!! I’m definitely going back especially now we have the memory of getting engaged there :) I highly recommend this resort. The food was really good too you can’t go wrong for the price.

Amazing, would definitely cone back. I lost my phone in a waterproof case in the ocean and staff recovered it 2 days later with no issues. All staff are super nice, warm, welcoming, and honest. Rooms are clean and have strong air conditioning.

One of the big reasons I am giving this rating was because for the duration of our stay, we were bombarded with construction noise! I wish they had a construction notice when we booked. I had asked to be transferred but they were giving me a downgrade of my present room. I had my mother with me and she would take naps in the afternoon but ended up being so loud. Elevator was down and we were using the service elevator which was taking forever and hot! Otherwise every staff was so warm and accommodating. We love the hospitality. I felt very secured and facilities are great!
