The service of the hotel is excellent. From the kayak instructor to room cleaning stuffs, they always have a good smile and do their duty passionately. The most impressed is their concierge desk. We lost a wallet in the taxi from hotel to airport. They helped us to find the taxi driver and have the wallet sent back to hotel then courier it to my home in Canada. The communication with the concierge team is always pleasant. They are professional and caring. We are truly appreciated.

Our stay at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was great all around. The staff were all incredibly nice, the room/view was amazing. The food options were great, at each restaurant some of the items were a miss but still great overall. There were just a few minor things, there was a smell in the room that persisted even after the room was cleaned. Opening the balcony door helped but it always lingered, nothing unbearable though. The other item would be the smell in the hallways, perhaps this was the cause of the smell in our room. Some days it was stronger than others but for that small period of time spent walking through the hallways, it was not very pleasant. We did not spend a ton of time in our room so I do not want it to take away from our experience but just wanted to point it out. I would stay here again for sure though. The good HEAVILY outweighs the bad. Thank you Hyatt Ziva and all your wonderful staff for an amazing stay.

The staff and service was amazing! Everyone was always smiling and helpful. The spa was also an excellent experience...ending my scrub and massage with an hour of hydrotherapy was unexpected, but someone walked me through it and it was so relaxing and peaceful...so needed!

It was a nice location; the pools were great but in general the was no sparkle to the property. The food was average. I stayed at the Hyatt Ziva Cabo and the property was much nicer in general and the food was amazing. We did have a good time.

Everything about staying at the HYATT Ziva is nothing but an amazing dream!! We have stayed with them multiple times over the years. The restaurants, private spacious beach with an amazing services and views. The staff are super friendly and always making your stay is amazing. Oh, and the room service is amazing variety of great choices. I highly recommend stay at this resort.

I liked everything about the property, and the staff is great. The only suggestion is that the buffet be open for dinner every day.

The staff should tell us more about the property. The food is mediocre. The room will smell a bit moldy with A/C on all day. I would not return to the property.

The property is beautiful, very lush n green. The beach is very clean. The restaurant food was good.

Property was clean. There were not a lot of activities to do. We stayed in the preferred building and the pounding of the waves roared all night through the windows.
