The location is great and AC worked very well. It was a peaceful stay and all the staff was wonderful. The bathroom shower was dirty with stains from its old age, that is the only issue we faced

This property is old and not updated in anyway. They use an ancient key system rather than the new pass card, which is also awkward. Was highly oriented towards pets which served us well. We enjoyed the food festival next-door.

The rooms were spacious but the blankets had a funny smell to them (maybe from previous animas) We were also supposed to have free breakfast every morning but the staff said it was only for 1 morning which was disappointing. The restaurant was beautiful, good food but overpriced. Very friendly staff.

Snowbirds on way back to Canada

It was great! Location perfect as we were next door to the Food Park. Just a few minutes to airport as well. They made our dog feel special, and gave us doggy bags. They also had treats for purchase. Rooms are very basic, no hair dryer but the bed was very comfortable and room was quiet!

Little green oasis in the middle of Puerto Vallarta. Great for people travelling with a dog. Only complaint is that the place is a little worn out in places, but price reflects this. Great little cafe on site. All staff are very helpful.
