The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the buffet food was ok and that was the only place to dine. We were able to eat at the other two restaurants but you had to make a reservation and we did dine there twice but we were there for 4 nights. The rooms need new beds, pillows and sheets. Also, fans in the rooms, it gets hot and a fan would help.

I wanted to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. This was my second visit, and once again, I was incredibly impressed by the attentive staff and their eagerness to assist with any request. The real-time guest support was truly excellent, and the activities offered for children were fantastic. We also appreciated how accessible the beach was for families. The quality of the food was consistently good, and it was a delightful bonus to see at least two turtles coming to the shoreline during our stay. I would love to return for another visit in the future.

The resort has everything. Delicious dining options. Beach access with lounge chairs, and umbrellas. A very relaxing spa if you decide to use their services. I hotel overall was okay/average. I feel like they were understaffed. There is only one bar at night and there was usually a line to get a drink. For food, it also took some time to get a waiter or waitress to come and take out order for drinks. The pool could have been cleaner. Some algae noted and missing tiles.

It was a nice hotel. All the staff are friendly but they just need to improve in learning English. Sometimes it hard to communicate when they don’t understand you. But overall it was a good vacation. We had a great time except the insect in our room . But it’s all good. Food is good, they need to extend the hours in the pool. Thank you.

All the staff was so friendly and helpful. They had plenty of activities for the kids and adults. The food was good and offered a large variety of items .
