Just returned home yesterday, food was fantastic and the overall atmosphere very relaxing, the take a bite coffee shop was great. Enjoyed the sports lounge and the sky bar, had a few delicious meals at the ala carte restaurants. Really like how they make sure no guests are chair hoarding by the pool or on the beach for the day and not using them. The only hiccups were with the room linens (towels, face clothes, etc) being supplied and the buffet running low on some items during peak times. Neither of which are a huge deal, and were quickly dealt with once we asked a staff member for help. Special thanks to Jesus in the Sky bar, Luis on the beach service team, Marco for always making sure everything is all right, Guadalupe for the tasty omelets, America and Ester for the fun dining experience, Samuel for the excellent service during dinner and all of the staff for the great time. See you next year!

The resort was a very nice size with enough to do. Beach was excellent for playing in the waves and for children to play . The teen or games room could use some equipment maintenance but was nice to have. 2 things that could use some attention : buffet could use some more of the white chairs and the Grill servjce was extremely slow for everyone in our group on various nights.Others made sane comment Food selection in all areas was really good especially for the size of the resort. Expedia staff were wonderful . We would come again.

The staff work so hard and the grounds are immaculate! The pools are fabulous; esp the infinity adult pool. The food gets boring after awhile, but I wasn’t going for the food! The hot sun and sand was a perfect vacation and I would come back again

We liked the grounds and view from our room. The buffet for the most part had good variety. Lots of fresh veg and fruit. The Japanese Restaurant and Italian were our favorite A La Cartes. The staff was very friendly. Marco on the beach was awesome. The lobby desperately needs an update! Very few places to sit and old, uncomfortable furniture in the lobby. Also, need more umbrellas on the beach.

The staff was very friendly, Jamaira at check-in really made an effort to assist us. The buffet had a good selection of dishes and they changed their menu often so it wasn't the same thing every night. The host for the evening show was very funny and entertaining. The water was shallow at the beach so our kids were able to play in the waves.

Absolutely great experience, friendly staff , always something to snack on throughout the day while enjoying the sun . The girls in the coffee bar are very busy in the mornings but always get you a great choice of hot or cold coffees in a timely fashion 👍 Rooms are set up nicely and our room was restocked with beer , water & sodas every morning. We had a group of 9 people that went. Everyone was happy with there rooms, great views from each area. Staff are very busy cleaning and keeping everything tidy all day long. Great wifi in the rooms as well as pool areas , even on the beach. Absolutely no complaints!!!!! Great place can’t wait to go back again next year Most definitely will be staying here again 😎😎😎

I enjoyed my week long vacation at this resort. Only downfall was the amount of space in the pool area. As well as the smelly couch in our room that reeked of pool water. Other than that staff were great and really attentive. Food at the buffet was good. Sometimes was alright. Easy access to the beach. They always had a variety. Nightly activities the resort would host were fun and cafe was cool too. I recommend this place.
