Great AI resort. Food was good. Especially the restaurants. Lots of complaints from people wanting to make reservations because it has to be done via an app. I had no issues but am pretty tech friendly. Only complaint was unless you're any to stay at the pool all day there's nothing else to do. Got boring after a few days.

We have been to Krystal Grand 3 times now and love it! The food is good and the staff are amazing. The only downside is that we had to be up super early to get a lounge chair by the pool. Also, they really do need to do a refresh on the sports bar and get new chairs there and in the pool area.

Booked this resort last minute for the price and the fact that it was all inclusive. The resort itself is nice and the rooms are basic. They have one adult pool and one family pool. The family pool gets crowded so expect that if you like being by the pool. Here is what we didn’t like about this resort… the food and drinks! The food was lack luster at all the restaurants, no flavor, cold and slow service. They do have a buffet with a lot of variety of food but it’s all just blah. So if you’re booking this resort because of the all inclusive pick a different one. The beach is very nice and they have a lot of loungers. The area of the resort is very nice and safe! Also, if you book through Expedia when you checkin they take you down to the first floor to checkin which was weird and I thought they were trying to be shady but it wasn’t. They do try to get you to meet with a timeshare person but I told her right off the bat I wasn’t interested.

This is a really good all inclusive resort. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the food always has variety and tastes good, drinks are excellent, and there are pools and a beach all at your convenience. The activities at nighttime are fun as well, I remember there was karaoke one night, trivia, and a movie being played on a large projector screen. It’s family friendly and wheelchair accessible here. I would definitely come back as this is one of the best resorts I’ve been to so far. The only thing that could be touched up on is in our room our bedside lights didn’t work. But other than that the maids did a great job of keeping our room clean and equipped for our whole stay.

We asked all week to have the bodywash refilled. Never happened. The gym washroom never replaced toilet paper for 9 days in mens. The only show for entertainment was repeated jugglers nothing else. Wifi was inconsistent and weak continuously disconnecting making it hard to communicate with rest of our party.no night life . Pool table is in poor shape and uneven. The sports bar lacked sports on tvs and did not appear to be a sports bar. The chair police of 45 minutes is unnecessary . Should be 2 hours. People were afraid to leave seats as they feared they would return to losing their chair. Need to be better. Will not return.

I liked the staff. In paticular Marco, Edgar, Manuel, Alejandro and Adrian. The only thing that could be better is night life. Have the pool bars open later would be nice.

This property for our stay was very enjoyable. For a ‘basic’ room, our room was a great size and larger then what were used to. All the staff were very nice. Food options were excellent for both buffets and supper options. Beach view and pool view were excellent. We would stay again!

Love this resort. Have been to many all inclusives and this is one of my favorites. Beautiful beach, well maintained property, friendly staff. Love the fish tacos by the pool everyday. And love the massages on the beach

2025 in Flamingos

I'm super glad we booked thru Hotels.com. We had special concierge for that. The restaurants are all inclusive only and not a user friendly experience. The food is pretty avg. The buffet was amazingly satisfactory. You have to go out to get delish, like the Blue Shrimp. Bosarious. It's a cute little town about a 2.5 mile walk. If your able, If rent bikes and you can go all over. There's some great bars and food here. I give the resort ****.

Grounds are meticulously maintained and cleaned. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Noisy at the pool all day between screaming kids and adolescent adults, loud music.
