La estadía en el hotel fue muy buena y quiero hacer varias menciones con respecto a la amabilidad y trato de algunas personas, por ejemplo: Noe en el departamento de maletería, su trato, disposición y respeto fueron excelentes a pesar de que solo lleva un mes en el empleo. Todas las jóvenes que atienden en el Spa. Además de las jóvenes que manejan el departamento de Altitud y por último Lupita la joven que hace los omeletes en la cocina. No tengo mas que excelentes comentarios para todo el personal del hotel.

This was very simply the best time. It started with the surprise semi-private pool that I didn't tell the wife about. The treatment we received was so nice. The food, both the buffet, and the reservation restaurant, was very good. Our trip was so nice. It was exceptionally nice to be taken to a special check-in room instead of having to stand in the heat and wait in line. The only challenge we had was that wifi became unreliable halfway through our trip. We managed, but I expect better than that for wifi when such is nearly a mandatory service in today's world.

The food was fantastic. Disappointed that they only had one restaurant open all week until our last day! Need upgraded lounge chairs for the adult only pool very weathered. Housekeeping staff amazing, very clean. Little to no entertainment which was disappointing, what they had was geared more towards children.

This was the DIRTIEST place I’ve ever stayed. It was incredibly overcrowded. The open buffet was old, disgusting and had flies everywhere. There was trash all over the resort. The room looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. There were hairballs and dirt inside the bed. The staff opened our door while we were changing (they didn’t knock either) and said “oh wanted to make sure you were in here” then walked away.

Food options were limited but to be expected at an all inclusive. Beds were pretty comfortable and air conditioning is your best friend. Internet was very spotty and connection was not great. Transport was good we paid for a round trip service would highly recommend when coming to and from the airport. Overall was pretty good.

Property looks worn down. Pool tiles missing. Areas around pool get super slippery. Very very very limited umbrellas around pool and at the beach. Food is average at best. Reservations for restaurants are impossible to get and even if restaurant is empty they will not sit you or help you with a reservation. Ice cream machine only comes on for 1hour and they will cut you off when it is empty. Will not stay here again.

Bathroom needs to be clean better, smells pee and sewer. About a la carte restaurant needs to provide more reservations to the guest. Buffet inside seating area is too hot, no AC available with 34°C.

The hotel was nice family friendly, there were plenty of options to choose from at the buffet. If you want the nicer restaurants make sure to make a reservation at least 24 hrs in advance, over all we had a great stay. Thank you!

The property is pretty, but that is about it. They enforce rules regarding the dress code in the cafe. Now, before we booked we saw the reviews on food with people saying it was good. It was not. The food at the Asian restauraunt was delicious. The Grill was good but I was not fond with the italian food, that was decent. BUT it is hard to get a reservation. They tell you different times but they are released 24 hours in advance and it is hard for ppl to book. My friends had difficulty gettin reservatiions for a bigger group. Anywho, the food at the buffet was terrible. They mostly had pork, not many options in chicken at least. I think that this is a big point for me, we have gone to other places in the area where the food is great but here it disappointed. The soda drinks from the bar seemed watered down. The snack bar food was decent but then there the service was with attitude. I would not come back and if you are a foodie this is not the place.

I stayed 7 nights,The food in a la carte was always very good, we couldn't try the mexican restaurant because they closed it for the last 4 nights that we stayed there. Buffet was also good, they rotate menus and the quesadillas at breskast time are something you MUST try!! Drinks were good too and they were always willing to prepare upon request even if they didnt know how to prepare it... my dad would get a spresso from.the cafeteria and had the bartender prepare him a carajillo drink, for example. Staff were friendly and housekeeper was very nice too! Expedia advertises the hotel has yoga but I was told there were not doing yoga due to lack of people wanting to do it but if I wanted to do yoga they could have a class for me, and so they did!! My 8 yrs old son loved the kids club and the stuff was very caring! Overall was a good experience,. I do have some observations. There are no water sports like kayaking, paddle boarding or body surfing and that's something people going to the beach may be looking for. There are SMOKING AREAS but one of them is just right NEXT to the KID'S CLUB!! for kids health it should be moved, maybe by the beach/adults pool area would be a good locating. Rooms need to be updated and would be nice if there was a microwave in the room since either you have dinner early in order to be able to see the show or after the show. In our case we had to make reservations at 6:30 and by 11 that the buffet was closed my husband and my kids were hungry

Overall, we had a great experience. The food was delicious and authentic as was the entertainment. The hotel is dated and needs updates. The beach was incredible. My kids loved the spa and I spoiled them with a service, treated myself too. I would stay here again in the future.
