This was a fantastic experience . The lobby is breathtaking. The views from an ocean view room is sweeping and perfect the food and drinks are excellent. Highly recommend especially for the price !

The property looks good from outside, the lobby is looking good. I think the rooms need to be upgraded. My entrance door's top and bottom there is gap and I can hear someone walk around and talking in hallway. The connecting door has gap too so I could hear someone snoring or talking. I have reported that my bathroom' sink was clogged, I knew someone fixed and good only for 1 day and clogged again. The bathtub needs longer curtain to avoid waters out.

I wish they had more live entertainment at night. They had a Cuban salsa band that took long breaks and only played an hour of music when it was advertised as 2 hours. They did this for two nights in a room. My wife and I along with other guests kept waiting and waiting.. I will go to another hotel next time with better entertainment. The rock band they hired one night was great I will say! The staff is extremely friendly.
