I’ve stayed here before this time the quality went down very cold welcoming at service desk during check in Valet service ran over a nail which was in my tire I went to talk to the manager and the he gave me the round around and basically said it no covered don’t use the Valet service here fair warning

Breakfast is wonderful setup with very good quality on food served! The room layout is good and spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy to access around. The only thing needs to improve is the valet parking service which should be setup with more staff especially at the busy time ( like the brown family weekend). Sometime there is only one person available that makes the process slowing. Btw the workers there are working with their best effort and friendly most of the time!

The only bad thing I would say is that the trash from the previous guest(s) was still under the kitchen sink. Room appeared clean otherwise. Breakfast could be improved a bit. The eggs are kind of tasteless.

The hotel was great. The room was large and immaculate. Comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Great walkable location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Really need to commend the staff here. All were friendly and helpful. Mariah was a stand out. We appreciated her bubbly and accomodating personality. She got us checked in early which was so appreciated. Every single staff person we interacted with was a 10. Thank you.

The hotel itself is really nice. Everything is new, comfortable and clean. My room was big with a king bed, desk, couch, and kitchen. Very nice staff. The location was great with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bookstores nearby. The complimentary breakfast was fresh with plenty to choose from. The problem for me was that the Wi-Fi went out for most of the day, and I was specifically there to work. I figured out a workaround, but it caused a lot of inconvenience for the purpose of my trip. If I was visiting for fun, it would not have mattered. I also wish the restaurant attached to it were better (not sure if it's run by the Residence Inn or not). Slow service despite being almost empty, mediocre food, and out of a lot of items.

The best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff, who were always very pleasant and helpful. They provided me with directions several times during my stay, The hotel was also in a nice neighborhood, within easy walking distance of most of he the sights that I wanted to see.
