The bathroom and the sink were clogged from the first day, then the water stopped draining. Hotel arranged 3 people to come in to fix it. Service manager Moni offered some points. when i called the guest service they took my information and offered a follow up. But never heard back from them.

I've been staying at this hotel everytime I travel to Warwick. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly and the bed are very comfortable also the distace from the airport to the hotel is very convenient. I will definitely stay again.

Requested a roll in shower, ADA room. Got the roll in shower but it had no seat. Used the office chair in the room after being told their are NO SHOWER SEATS IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL. SAD!!!

The hotel is very old and need upgrades especially the bathroom. Although clean (or I hope it was indeed clean) the tub and tiles were old, un-grouted. Please upgrade the bathrooms if they all looked like the one I had to use. The chairs were also soiled or looked dirty and were in need of reupholstering. The cable TV signal extremely week and would not stay and the picture was constantly going dark and sound kept cutting in and out. I would only recommend for short stays. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights. On the bright side: since it was close to the airport it was easy to get to shopping and food.

It's a decent hotel for what it is. It's an express close to the airport in a not very attractive portion of Warwick. The rooms are kind of sterile. Not very attractive. TVs are old and run on old school dish Network channels. There's a pool but it's pretty small. The gym is pretty much three exercise bikes one bench and a few dumbbells. But, like I said it's kind of what you expect from this. I rented a king suite. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great. There's a nice little living room area, two TVs total. A good desk area. It was spacious. It's cleanly enough. It's just not screaming new or fancy or luxury. The staff is very friendly though and they are on call 24/7. And the breakfast is pretty decent. For what it is, the price is right. Just don't expect a high class experience with a lovely view
