The common areas of the hotel was freshly redone and beautiful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. The only glitch was when we checked in our credit card was charged full price even though we had paid through Hotels.com and used One Key Cash. When I pointed out the mistake to the person checking us out she apologized and fixed it immediately (I think, am waiting to see my credit card statement). Overall though, it was an excellent stay at a very clean, quiet and pleasant hotel.

The hotel was great, and so was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. I wish there was a bit more to do in the area besides walking the river and a gondola ride.
