I was hoping to love this place, but the ower has terrible customer service and communication skills. She was rude, passive-aggressive, easily triggered by having to provide basic clarification about where the property was located, inflexible and chastising. She asked for clarifications, but then ignored my responses... or she doesn't have capability to be able to comprehend them. When a guest is inconvenienced because they got the wrong address, the host should at least empathize or hopefully apologize. This owner did neither. Furthermore, the pictures of the balcony art not reflective of reality--there's actually a dirt playing field that take up the major part of the view. The check-out time is too early. The host doesn't work with you at all if you accidentally leave something there--she throws it away (thank God that didn't happen to us, but this rule is in line with her negative, inflexible manner). The kitchen was iill-equipped--it had no pots or pans aside from one large pot. At least the booking platform apologized after I read her message to me back to them. And there's no parking on property. Beware.
