We were assigned a different style of room than booked. We booked a two bedroom one king and a queen. But got a two bed one king and two twins. The king bed was hard and you could fill the springs. The bathtub in the master was dirty and had visible soap scum. The jacuzzi tub that was advertised as one of the features had no jets. The water for that tub would start out coming out hot the go straight to cold you could only get about 1 1/2 inches of hot water for the large tub. The stove, no matter what you cooked would set off the fire alarm just opening the oven door after being turned on would set it off. Went to request to have the bathtub cleaned after bringing all my stuff into the room and was told it could not be done until the next day. Staff came to fix the hot water heater, but did not fix it because it is the temperature valve in the tub not the hot water heater that needed to be fixed but did not speak English. Towels were rough and small. Try to speak to management but never received a return phone call from them. Moral of my stay is I would not recommend this place to anyone. Automated text messages after 9 o’clock stating you could not have visitors after 10 PM. Again would not recommend this resort. Indoor pool was also cloudy. The chemicals were obviously not right in the heated pool.

We were in building 12 / 52H . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows. The women’s sauna was not operating and that was a bummer. Check in with Peyton was amazing. The playgrounds were not safe so we drove to the kids/veterans public park which was 5 min away daily for the kids to play at the playground. It is amazing and has zip lining for the kids for free! The activities room customer service with all the reps were amazing. Wish I remembered their names. The indoor was great! Needed some floor cleaning but still great. Our room now needed many service callls for the hot water not lasting more than 10-15 min . The room needs updates. All outdated . The security and maintenance team was 10/10. We stayed a week. The trash was constantly overflowing, the building to get inside bottom level was always dirty. The worst part. For 2 days straight , our neighbors were blasting music and smoking marijuana. Hated that part, especially with kids. Thankful for security handling that situation. Overall, we will return. The location is great.

There was a leak from refrigerator and no hot water for 5 hours on last day. And you could never get in touch with anyone in office until after 1pm

The facilities were cheaply updated and in poor to moderate condition, there was a gauntlet of mini mobile units that made it difficult to get into the condo, parking was limited. Staff in concierge were super aggressive and borderline rude. Will not return.

We normally stay at the other Hilton Vacation Club just down the road from this one but thought we’d check this out bring it was a little cheaper for the number of beds we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The layouts were similar but these grounds just had a little different feel. Parking here is completely open on a first come first serve basis and we’re all filled in front of our building and on front of the near by buildings. The other Hilton Vacation Club has assigned parking on the unit. This is not a bad place to stay at all and overall nicer than most places you’d typically stay overnight but we do prefer the one down the road even if it’s a little more expensive.

The check-in staff were very friendly and super efficient. Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean; all amenities were provided and the concierge was available if we had any questions or problems. It's a lovely property, located very close to all things Williamsburg.
